-nouns: proper, common and how to write them in plural. The rules are in the notebook and they have been working with this since 1st grade. They remembered the concept very well. Also study the vocabulary words for "I Wanna Iguana" and important details from the story.

Homework: For Friday the students have to present a short presentation in which the student has to show the teacher how he would persuade his/ her parents to get him/her something. It can be a toy, book, clothing, etc. (6 sentences) They should also bring a picture of the thing he/ she wants and the writing of what the student will say. The show and tell will be presented only on Friday.

Homework:
1- For Thursday: Workbook pages 115 and 120
2- For Friday: The student will present an oral talk about one of the presidents of the United States of America . The teacher will give each student the name of the President he or she will be talking about. The student can read the presentation. Points will be given for reading fluency. The presentation will have six sentences. The students will inform important facts and accomplishments of the president. The students will be evaluated pending on the facts they present (simple) and by how clear and fluent they read. They should also bring a picture of the President.

2- Points will be given for homework and activities done in the classroom. The teacher is not responsible for the material that the students don’t copy or the incomplete activities.
